Business Model & Verticals
ZVL functions as an integrated solution provider in the energy infrastructure domain, offering turnkey services from project execution to operations. Its three major verticals are:

Biogas Plants (Bio-CNG / Power):
ZVL develops Bio-CNG and power plants using agricultural and industrial waste, contributing to rural employment and sustainability. It runs a Bio-CNG plant in Patiala, Punjab, and has a marketing agreement with Indian Oil Corporation (IOCL).

Gas Pipeline Infrastructure:
The company executes MDPE pipeline projects for City Gas Distribution (CGD) firms. It has laid over 100 km of pipelines and connected 15,000+ households in Delhi-NCR. Notable clients include DLF, McDonald’s, and Haryana City Gas.

Auto LPG Stations:
ZVL supports India’s Auto LPG ecosystem by operating fuel stations aligned with the country’s 2.38 million Auto LPG vehicle base.
